Using the service

Bridge Place Homes lets real estate professionals create and share property pages. You are responsible for the information, photos and prices you publish, and for having the right to share them. You may not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or discriminatory, including anything that violates fair housing laws.

Property information

Property details, estimates, comparable sales and calculator results are provided for information only. They are not appraisals, offers or financial advice. Buyers should do their own due diligence.

AI design concepts

“Modern” images are AI-generated design concepts that show how a space could look. They are labeled as such and do not represent the current condition of a property.

Our content

The Bridge Place Homes website, software, design and text are owned by Nongauza Real Estate Group and Kendrick Realty Inc. and protected by copyright. You may not copy, scrape, resell or reproduce them without written permission.

Trials and accounts

Free trials last 7 days. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. We confirm any price with you before charging.

SMS Terms

Nongauza Real Estate Group (Bridge Place Homes) sends text messages to users who opt in by checking the optional, unchecked text-message box when they sign up at bridgeplaceshowcase.com/start, or by texting our number first.

• What you’ll receive: replies about the properties you create (for example a request for the asking price, the link to your new deal page, and photo updates), one-time login codes, and messages about your account. No marketing messages.
• Frequency: message frequency varies with how often you use the service.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Help: reply HELP, call 510-459-3029 or email robert@kendrickrealtyinc.com.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You’ll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limits

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
