This Privacy Policy explains how Nongauza Real Estate Group (Robert Nongauza, Kendrick Realty Inc.), which operates Bridge Place Homes at bridgeplaceshowcase.com, collects and uses information.

What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, email, mobile number, role, company, anything you choose to tell us, and whether you agreed to receive text messages. When you use the service we store the properties, photos and settings you create. When a buyer uses the “Request info” form on a deal page we collect the name, email, phone and message they enter. On public deal pages we count link opens.

How we use it

To set up and run your account, send login codes, send texts and emails about your account and properties, pass buyer requests to the person who listed the property, provide support, and improve the service.

Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who opted in. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages for us. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or HELP for help.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that run the service for us (for example hosting, text messaging, email delivery, property data and image processing), and only as needed to provide it. We never sell your information.
